In 2007, Dunamis & Sophia Okunowo began Kisses and Huggs in the city of Ibadan, precisely with about three hundred students of University of Ibadan. Prior to that, they have Pastored churches for over a decade. Every month, thousands of newsletters were distributed free. Kisses and Huggs meetings, seminars and mega conferences held. The mega conferences drew thousands. The fire of sexual sanctity began to spread...several people were set free from lesbianism, homosexuality, pre-marital sex and other forms of sexual perversion. God's spirit was moving, all to God's glory. Dunamis & Sophia honour invitations around churches and organisations to perpetuate the message. Additionally, they organise regular conferences across campuses.
Today, God is opening more doors, they have websites that are accessed from over a hundred nations of the world every month and they have ongoing online counselings. Kisses and Huggs daily devotional is read by thousands. They have published and circulated five book titles. They have an online academy in a dedicated community site that caters for courses on Friendship/Courtship, Marriage Counseling and After Marriage.
